Smoking Cessation

Imagine the benefits:

Imagine how it will feel to have more money, better health and increased energy and vitality. How much better you will feel about yourself, how much more positive and confident you will feel about your future.

"I had been a heavy smoker since my late teens using hand rolling tobacco. I had tried several times to stop, but I had been unsuccessful, and had resigned myself to never being able to quit. Lorna was recommended to me by an acquaintance who had also successfully given up after visiting Lorna. Although a little sceptical, I decided to giver her a try, to my surprise and relief, I found after four sessions that I had no desire to smoke any more. I can honestly say that she has changed my life and would not hesitate to recommend her to other smokers trying to stop"
William (57), Wirral.

Stopping smoking can be a real challenge .....

.... and perhaps you've tried other methods to stop in the past. However, giving up is one of the best things you can do for your health, as well as your self-esteem. Smoking is a dangerous, even fatal habit. It's one of the leading causes of cancer and increases your risk of strokes, heart attacks and lung disease, amongst other health related problems and issues.

Using hypnosis to stop smoking is a successful, powerful and effective treatment. Just one session and you can be permanently free from the strong hold that smoking has on you. Nevertheless, a common worry for people who want to give up smoking is weight gain. This is overcome by using a number of methods including Cognitive Hypnotherapy (WordWeaving) which deals directly with the problem (addiction) and eliminates the behaviour (smoking) and its symptoms (habit). This also eliminates the desire to compensate one behaviour for another (overeating etc.)

Nevertheless, for hypnotherapy to be successful, it is important that you really WANT to give up smoking. It has to be something you want to do for yourself and not for other people or because you think you should. Your desire to succeed and commit fully to the treatment will give you the success you deserve.

No matter how many times you may have tried to give up smoking in the past, this simple, effective and powerful treatment can work for you.
The treatment involves two sessions to enable you to permanently stop smoking.

The initial consultation and session lasts approximately 120 minutes with a follow up session of approximately 60 minutes.

Please see the price guide for treatment cost.
