Hypnotherapy Explained During hypnosis you cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. I am there to support you and help you to facilitate the changes you want. Hypnotherapy is not the same as stage hypnosis. Stage hypnosis is performed by a hypnotist who is also an entertainer. Their job is to find a very small percentage of the target population within the audience who are highly susceptible to hypnosis and who WANT to get up on stage and perform. Hypnotherapy is vastly different from stage hypnosis, it is a gentle, relaxing treatment and you are totally in control. We will be working together on a one-to-one basis, and I will support and encourage you in bringing about positive changes in your life. Together we will discuss your problem enabling me to find the most beneficial solution and techniques targeted specifically around your needs. |
