The science of NLP was created in the late 1960's and early 1970's by John Grinder,
a Linguist and Richard Bandler, a Computer Scientist.
Using their collective knowledge, perspectives and evaluations of their particular sciences, they studied three very successful therapists of the time with the intention of developing a methodology that incorporated the particular skills and successes of those therapists.
Their names were Virginia Satir, a Family Therapist, Fritz Perls, a Gestalt Therapist and Milton Erickson, a Hypnotherapist.
NLP Coaching produces excellent results by drawing from a large number of techniques and strategies to help with areas such as rapport, goal setting, anxieties and phobias, negative emotions, internal conflicts and any limiting beliefs which may hold us back.
