Stress and Anxiety

Two of the most common negative emotional conditions that Counsellors, G.P's and Psychiatrists deal with are stress and anxiety.
It's reported that 5% of the entire world's population will suffer from anxiety at some time in their lives.

Debbie's goal is to work alongside you to help you reach your full potential so you have a better understanding of your anxieties, as well as cope with anything that life may throw at you.

By using a combination of methodologies Debbie can assist you in empowering yourself with positive and lasting results.

Overcoming Fears and Phobias.

Some phobias are so deep seated that it may be necessary to work with the issues that were present at the start of the phobia first and continue from there.
This allows the individual to empower themselves by coming to a conscious acceptance and understanding of how the phobia may once have served a useful purpose but has now become an unnecessary limiting behaviour pattern.
The therapies Debbie has to offer assist in accelerating the innate ability we all possess to recover from such fears and phobias.*
